  2. Start-up training plan designed specifically for your target event.
  3. Weekly phone or e-mail support.
  4. Monthly adjustments to your training plan.
  5. Pre-race phone discussion on race strategy.
  6. Post race analysis.


ON-LINE


With the Tri-Coach ON-LINE plan you get the following services:

  1. Initial e-mail orientation to discuss your goals, availabilities, and any special situations.
  2. Start-up training plan designed specifically for your target event.
  3. Weekly e-mail support.
  4. Monthly training plan adjustments.
  5. Pre-race e-mail on race strategy.


BASIC

With the Tri-Coach BASIC plan you get the following services:
